Life Clinical Research Wins Prestigious SCRS Site Spark Award at ANZ Site Solutions Summit

Queensland clinical research organisation recognised for forward-thinking approach to digital and paperless clinical trials

Brisbane, QLD — 2025

Life Clinical Research (LCR) has been awarded the 2025 Site Spark Award at the SCRS Australia & New Zealand Site Solutions Summit in Melbourne — one of the most prestigious honours in the clinical research industry recognising outstanding innovation at research sites across Australia and New Zealand.

The Site Spark Award recognises research sites implementing new and exciting ways to operationalise clinical trials, celebrating initiatives that showcase innovation, effectiveness, and a commitment to advancing the significance of clinical research.

LCR's winning submission demonstrated the organisation's pioneering approach to fully digital and paperless clinical trial delivery, leveraging industry-leading platforms FOXO and Clinical.ly to streamline trial operations, reduce administrative burden, and improve the participant experience.

Paul Christensen, co-founder of Life Clinical Research, presented the pitch to a panel of industry judges at the Summit and accepted the award on the final day of the conference, joined by Mani Sahihi from FOXO.

“This recognition reflects the commitment of our entire team to building a research organisation that is not just operationally excellent, but genuinely forward-thinking.

Going paperless isn’t just about technology — it’s about making trials faster, safer, and more accessible for the participants who trust us with their care.”

— Paul Christensen, Co-founder, Life Clinical Research

“We’re proud to recognise the role our partners at FOXO and Clinical.ly played in making this possible. This award belongs to the whole team.”
